The non-profit association Interkulturelle Bildung Hamburg e.V. (IBH) was founded in 1993 to promote school, scientific and cultural education.
bibis – Bildungswerk des Bielefelder Schulvereins (Educational Institute of the Bielefeld School Association) – was founded in 1987, operates according to the guidelines of the Advanced Training Act for North Rhine-Westphalia and has been recognised by the NRW Minister of Education as an institution of adult education. bibis views itself as a mediator of language and culture.
IfS Institut für Sprachen – Kassel
As an adult education institute, the IfS is active in three areas: “German as foreign language” (DaF), including integration courses, English and business English as well as instruction in European and non-European foreign languages. The institute has existed in Kassel, a medium-sized city in the centre of Germany, since 1999.
